The House Glencoe - Tutoring & Test Prep

Our Glencoe tutoring lounge, our flagship location, was designed as an oasis for teens that provides relief for the entire family. Our members and tutoring clients are greeted at the front desk by our host, who checks them in and matches them with a private tutor, if necessary.

Our Tutoring Services

There are at least two “roaming tutors” in the lounge to help with homework and get to know students in the main areas of the lounge. For more personalized academic help, private tutoring sessions, scheduled ahead of time or in-lounge via a QR code, are conducted in glass-enclosed study rooms. Hungry students can enjoy fresh pizza, snacks and beverages from the café, find a cozy nook, or join a study group. The House also regularly hosts member events including Movie Nights, and “Plan Your Week” Sunday Events, to which members are always welcome bring a friend.
